On 31st March at 10am you are invited to come along via Zoom to find out more about the Norfolk Leader’s Club. It’s become a space to pull together many emerging themes and ideas of the last 18 months into a flexible, accessible and lightly held FREE space for local social purpose organisation leaders.
At the heart of my practice as a consultant is being inclusive and empathic. That’s why the Norfolk Leaders’ Club will tread a fine line between ‘something for everyone‘ as well as a yoking theme of being a space for the local voluntary sector leadership community, to connect, learn and reflect in a way that is needed.
Having never claimed to have all the answers, or even a fraction of them, one thing I do know, because I learnt it from my own experience of leading a social purpose organisation for over ten years, is that a feeling, an idea and a challenge are always better when shared – preferably over coffee (or sauna!) with peers and trust.
Somehow we must find a way of giving ourselves permission to step away and do this.
