Steps to Sustainability
Whether in workshops, consultancy or strategy writing, on this page you’ll find details of the support I offer that forms your Steps to Sustainability

impact Management
Managing and not simply measuring because that stands for involving the team, improving because of it and becoming more sustainable. Whether you want to develop a Theory of Change, an impact management framework or develop good practice, this workshop will help.

strategy review, preparation & development
Preparing for strategy is not the same as developing it or reviewing it. We cover track record, stakeholder involvement, previous strategy reviews, red lines, strategy resourcing & timeframes alongside creative techniques to implement a new or revised strategy.

Marketing Strategy

income generation & trading
Whether you’re moving to trading, exploring social investment or looking at your fundraising, these workshops will provide more options and practical approaches to your due diligence for these big decisions.

People - recruitment & well-being
From inclusive and ethical recruitment and induction to embedding your values in a workplace culture that gets the best from your team and looks after them too. Getting it right for your organisation is about more than policies.

Governance
I can work with you to develop approaches to identifying, recruiting and then developing, involving and getting the best from a diverse board to ensure that support and understanding go both ways and support your organisation.

Co-production

Social Investment
Having secured social investment for my organisation, I have walked the walk of becoming investment ready, securing blended capital as well accessing investment readiness funding. I am a Social Investment Cold Spot Ambassador for Good Finance and can help you navigate the process as well as make introductions.

Other workshops
This is not an exhaustive list of workshops. Feel free to get in touch to discuss your needs. You can view more workshops here.

What else
Whether it’s my newsletters, giveaway resources, podcasts, my WhatsApp leaders group, Action Learning Sets or a coffee and a chat, I’m interested in opportunities to continue to support leaders in the sector and open to new ways to do so.
Feedback
Rebecca really listened to me, when I shared thoughts and feelings, she met me where I was and didn’t patronise me or shrug off my thoughts, I felt like our conversations were ‘real’ which is hugely important, I felt like Rebecca was taking me seriously, not just taking my money, I needed someone genuine who would really take my business needs seriously, and listen to what I was actually saying, no judgement, and not try and fit me into a ‘corporate box’, which is what I found in Rebecca, so thank you! I will be back for more! I have lots to work on, I appreciate that the sessions have left me with ‘next steps’ and things to think about.
Tabitha Nolan, CEO Fen Zen CIC 2026
Another fantastic session facilitated by Rebecca. Her flexible approach is perfect for having real conversations with communities and unlocking insights in a way that feels refreshing and natural.
Norfolk Community Foundation 2026
Thank you so much for Saturday, the day was just brilliant from start to finish and did exactly what I had hoped for.
Jo Critch, CEO Feathers Futures - March 2026
I came away from the session with a clear understanding of what a Theory of Change is and how I would go about designing one and using it.
Jo Hand, Programme Manager, Right to Succeed - November 2025
It was great to attend with our key team member. We continued discussing wellbeing on our way home and we plan to write a policy and to introduce 1:1 wellbeing sessions every 2 months
Julia Hancock - Selig Charity 2026
I found this course to be massively beneficial, it was both a great refresher for me and fresh perspectives that are relevant to our current workforce. There was superb engagement throughout, with meaningful discussions, great exchange of ideas and we reflected on what we do well and where we can improve. I came away motivated with practical ideas to enhance team development and wellbeing.
