As part of my ongoing pledge to provide multiple ways to be supported and support each other, a closed WhatsApp group started today.

Connection, collaboration and care are at its core.

As a collaborative and inclusive space, it aims to provide a non-salesy way of staying connected, to seek support, to listen, to celebrate the wins and maybe potential collaborations – if that happens.

Leaders tell me that they find themselves frequently lonely and intermittently overwhelmed. For many the need is to be surrounded by people they trust, positivity and quick turnaround times with questions.

There will be no sales pitches, no explicit advice and no shouty experts. Just people finding their way in a space that is inclusive, empathic and caring. Together we are more knowledgeable and better connected. Celebrating is more fun with other people too!

Put simply, I now have more time than most charity and social enterprise leaders and on WhatsApp I can shine a light on the good stuff from the newsletters, articles and blogs I have the time to read, draft responses and offer affirmation or support and celebration – as needed.
