As part of my pledge to bring value to communities in crisis and leaders on their knees, after my recent Theory of Change workshop, I worked on the Theories of Change of all the participants, allowing a few edits and then sharing via editable link in Canva their final version.
Impact is complex and can be a lot more complex and involved than I make it.
But it doesn’t need to be for the majority of organisations to bring value.
If you’re not sure about the value they bring, I’ll leave you with this quote from Julia Hancock of Selig Suffolk – “I keep referring to our Theory of Change now – to help me prioritise, plan and keep us focused. We have already made changes to some of our paperwork to help us focus on our theory of change too – plus we hope to secure funding to continue working with an occupational therapist who can help our tenants achieve the change we want to make!”
