This month I welcome Simon Glenister from the wonderful Noise Solution social enterprise over the border in Suffolk. If I’m honest, I’ve never really understood the work Simon does around using AI to measure and manage their impact with young people.
In terms of self determination theory, having now dabbled a bit with AI and seen its potential, I’m just beginning to glimpse what it is.
Simon’s talking about using AI to analyse in real time the difference they make in non invasive, non intrusive, non extractive ways.
There’s lots more in the podcast beyond some of those technicalities and it was just a lovely conversation.
It brings me such joy to shed a light on local organisations and leaders, like Simon, doing genuinely innovative, hopeful and inspirational things – and that don’t get the attention deserved (when too many things that don’t deserve it, do).
