A couple of weeks ago I was thrilled to welcome Jodie Marshall, the mind behind Mantle, to join me via Zoom for the latest podcast episode.
Jodie has had a pretty extraordinary life (so far), founding a creative arts social enterprise (A Mind Apart) where she is still a director, living in Brazil, completing her MA in Social Enterprise and Cooperative Management and now a director at Mantle – her consultancy.
I think we managed to steer clear of too much navel gazing about being consultants that have walked the walk in this podcast, instead hearing about where Jodie finds her confidence, her ‘strident’ views on charities as a model for the creative arts to exist and how she support leaders.
Keeping podcasts short and accessible remains a challenge when your guests are as good as Jodie – but I hope you enjoy it.
