Who doesn’t overthink in our sector and wait to have all the Is dotted and Ts crossed? I know I did. Doubting my ideas was a part-time job and sometimes it’s useful to be reminded that as leaders you’re the expert. There’s probably no-one else that know better than you whether your idea is a good one.
