What’s it about?

It’s that time of year!

It’s quarter 4 and you’re pulling together the fundraising strategy for next year or maybe the next three.

You don’t have to read another LinkedIn post to know that it’s harder than ever to secure income. Whether it’s grantsdonations or working with corporates, it’s all got harder, more competitive and is taking up more time.

So it’s time to step back and gain some perspective about your fundraising strategy.

It’s time to find out if you’re pursuing the right income for your organisation’s mission, vision and values.

It’s time to invest in this part of your role and to develop the knowledge and skills to decide what income to pursue, to weigh it up, understand the trade-offs and how take the next step in completing a fundraising strategy.

This is another essential workshop for busy leaders and fundraisers running charities and social enterprises in the East of England.

What will it be like?

As with all my workshops you will be in a small group.

Using Pinpoint Facilitation, I take a participatory and relational approach to building confidencesharing knowledge with peers and community building.

I will include everyone in the room, provide an accountable space for peers to feel at ease and share with each other whilst bringing my own experience of starting a social enterprise that developed multiple sustainable income streams, including trading.
