What have I been up to?
Since late 2024 I have been consolidating what I do, meeting great people and delivering a range of workshops, providing mentoring and consultancy support for leaders and working behind the scenes on my business and relationships. The biggest learning has been the importance of supporting the sector’s leaders, not doing the same old same old as well as being accessible for busy people. With the podcasts, Action Learning Sets and more support all growing, funding this remains a work in progress this year.
