What have I been up to?
Since setting out on utilising my skills to support others in the sector, I have been designing and delivering a range of workshops, providing mentoring and consultancy support for leaders and working behind the scenes on my business. Accountability means I will use this page to share my impact.

Rebecca is an experienced facilitator who managed to put everybody at ease whilst enabling us all to focus on the really important questions and themes; as a result, we have come away with a deep insight of what makes us different and where we need to focus our efforts going forward.

Theory of Change workshop
I keep referring to our theory of change now – to help me prioritise, plan and keep us focused. We have already made changes to some of our paperwork to help us focus on our theory of change too – plus we hope to secure funding to continue working with an occupational therapist who can help our tenants achieve the change we want to make!
