Where I’m based

I live in Norwich and am happy to travel to any location in the UK (and beyond). Whilst online delivery is an option, my preference for the purposes of building positive inclusive relationships is to deliver workshops in person and to undertake consultancy work face to face and online – as suits you and your budget.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

What would you like to know?
If you don’t know me then I understand it’s important that we build trust first and foremost.  There are a lot of consultants doing similar things so please feel free to ask me anything you like.
Who do you work with?
Generally I work senior executive and non-executive leaders in charities and social enterprises.  Inclusive facilitation means I can and want to work to include the people you support in the conversation too.
What do you mean by inclusive and interactive workshops?
I use Pinpoint facilitation, which is an inclusive methodology that involves space and time for maximum involvement as well as activities that involve writing on cards (spelling doesn’t matter!) and moving around the room.
Are your podcasts, speakers and events free?
That’s the plan.  I aim to leverage my network for your benefit and provide support that is accessible and brings you inspiration.  If you have a speaker or topic in mind please let me know!
Can you help us fundraise?
No. I’m not a fundraiser or bid writer, but luckily I know a lot of them.  I’m an entrepreneur who acknowledges that funding is an important part of your income strategy alongside exploring improved sustainability through trading, marketing or impact development as well as alternative finance and revenue models.
What can't you do?
Lots, sadly!  I’m not a qualified coach and whilst I’ve worked as a local authority commissioner and for a vast national charity, my leadership experience is in small enterprising and values-led charities and social enterprises.  If I can’t do something I probably know someone who can.
What does it cost?
Please get in touch to discuss this.  I recognise the strain the third sector is under and try to reflect this in my prices.  My pricing also reflects the size of the organisation and volume of work we undertake together.
